USUSI loved the view and the space in general 9th floor was perfect.
Mildew smell, it was in poor condition the base boards are eat up. Outdoor plugs didn’t work. Lamp in living room didn’t work.

Not to clean, elevator took way to long.
The floors had been swept but not mopped. My kids feet were dirty from walking around the condo after an hour or so. The linens for the pullout couch were dirty. They were in a clear storage bag and had people’s hair all over it. The ceiling in the bedroom had a leak and there was dry plaster on the bedroom floor (more proof that the floors were dirty).
The customer service is terrible they didn’t fix two issue reported since day 1 of our staying. The beaches are wonderful.
