Falcon's Nest 2 Bedroom Condo by RedAwning

Don't stay here, or any of the comfy cabins by RedAwning. We saved for a long time to be able to take a vacation and the condo was horrible. The wall unit air conditioners in every room were malfunctioning and made extremely loud noises all night. We got no sleep, to the point we shut them off even though it was in the mid 90s. I sent them multiple videos of the extremely noisy ACs and it didn't make a difference to them. I communicated with the staff all weekend. They offered to move us, but it was more of a hassle than staying. We had stocked the fridge and already unpacked. They wouldn't send anyone to fix the problem and wouldn't even give us a discount. Also, the have an exorbitant service fee they tack on without it being clearly defined. Find somewhere else to stay, they only care about your money. They don't care about you or your families experience or hardship.
