USThe location was fabulous
The staff were not professional at all. The condo says 6 guest but can sleep 9. When I made reservations they asked for all guests name who will be staying, which I gave 8 names. Never once did they say anything about it or that it would be a problem. Me and group of friends went to celebrate what would have been my daughters 25th Golden birthday on the 25th of April, whom passed away on 2/16/24. It was a hard time for me. So when it was time to checkin the staff had the audacity to call and tell me I had to many people and they could not accommodate that many. Now remember they knew this when I made reservations 1 month prior to arrival and were ok with it. Like someone there was watching and counting heads, which they knew how many were coming. They were persistent in telling me only 6 could stay, but the other 3 had to get a hotel room for the 3 nights. They were rude and never once asked to find me another place to stay. The location was perfect, but I do not recommend going through Pensacola Beach Properties again.
