La ubicacion

El desayuno fue muy malo, solo nos dieron chilaquiles pero solo eran pocas duritas con salsa, fríos y sin sabor.

La ubicación y la estética.

Demasiado ruido por parte del personal. Movían las cosas muy fuerte, azotaban las puertas y se escuchan sus pláticas y fuertes carcajadas (se me hace una falta de respeto, sabiendo que tienen habitaciones en la planta baja), el último día se escuchaba un perro chillar. No pude descansar bien. El desayuno que incluye es horrible ¿Por qué puros chilaquiles simples?, pésimo sazón, salados, jugo de botella. Deberían ampliar la variedad de desayunos (para el costo que se tuvo). En la descripción decía no niños y el primer día ví a unos. El costo por noche es elevado. Deberían de colocar en la descripción una advertencia que es un hotel para diversión y no para descanso.

Entiendo es un hotel.solo adultos pero la habitación asignada para.2 personas, hermanas, el baño era con puertas de cristal transparente sin ninguna privacidad. No tiene ninguna cajonera y si es necesaria estancias largas.

1.Sugiero el desayuno incluido sea un tipo bufet con al menos 2 opciones de plato fuerte, fruta, jugo, yoghurt, cereal. Nuestra estancia fue de domingo a sábado. Ilogico que todos los días el desayuno fue solo chilaquiles con única opción de cambiar ya sea verdes o rojos y café. 2. Nuestro grupo era de la tercera edad con ocupación cuádruple y nos dieron una habitación con litera. Sugiero pregunten antes de asignar literas.

At check-in, the front desk wanted to charge my credit card for the room, despite my having paid in advance on Expedia. She insisted it was not paid. I showed her our receipt from Expedia and immediately she saw in her system that it was paid. We were unable to use the pool or jacuzzi for the entire time we were there. The front desk said it was closed for chemicals and cleaning. It was covered and unusable the entire time. We were relaxed in our hotel room on our second night and I received a call around 11pm on my cell phone from a León number. It was a man saying he was from the front desk of ALT Urbana. He addressed me by my full name. No one knew my full name or cell phone number in León except the hotel. He said there was a car with questionable tems outside the hotel and the police were going to come and knock on our door. The hotel has a light outside of each room It is illuminated if there are guests staying in that room. That is not a safe practice. We no longer felt safe at this hotel and checked out one day early. When we checked out, a different person at the front desk wanted to charge my credit card for "the extra night" despite we were leaving a day early and despite the fact that we paid for our hotel in advance on Expedia. She insisted, and again I showed our receipt from Expedia and immediately she found in her system that everything was paid. I can not recommend this hotel.

Atendieron an mis papás súper bien. Las recámaras limpias y modernas. Excelente hotel, excelente servício al cliente.
