The flexibility for the check in 🔝🔝 location very near of the catedral and the pool

The water :(

The owner was accommodating in accepting my request for an early check-in. He also tried to help with any problems we had with the apartment during our stay. The location was fantastic.

The shower was broken when we arrived. Even after receiving assistance, it was very difficult to shower because the water pressure was very weak and it took a long time to heat up.

Room itself was great. Was in room 1 which was the room right out the front. The room itself is nice and private bathroom was welcome. Nice and central

Room 1 noise was terrible. Being right at the front, there is constant suped up buses going on from 6am in the morning which are SUPER loud. I did not get a good night's rest in the 5 nights I spent there. Also - the shower in the private room had NO hot water. I informed the manager via whatsapp on the 2nd day, and did what was advised - turn it on for 5 minutes. After 10 minutes - no hot water. So i didnt have a hot shower in a week which i understand is first world problems, but just thought to mention it.

We experienced problems with the water pressure and not having hot water and other minor issues relating to plumbing. Solutions were offered by the staff by switching rooms but it seems like plumbing is an issue affecting the whole property due to its age, not just specific rooms. Cleanliness is not the strong point of the property but it is a survivable defect. Staff was helpful when pressed.

Limpieza de la habitación, self check in

La habitacion que nos asignaron (#1) daba directamente a la calle, por lo que el ruido del tráfico te despertaba 7am. El aire acondicionado hacía ruidos fuertes cada un par de minutos, por lo que dejarlo prendido durante la noche hacia que no pudieras dormir. La cama era chica (corta y angosta, yo mido 1.78). El último día no tuvimos agua caliente a la mañana

The location was great.

The water filtration system was bad. The water smelt terrible and I found an old pair of shoes under the bed. I like this place, but the water and shoes under the bed. I couldn't get the TV to work either.
