This place was so beautiful the rooms were really clean it has a modern up to date look and they even had a little hot tub outside your room , the staff is very helpful they’re very nice it feels like a hotel/House because you just literally get greeted and go to your room smooth process lol sadly it was raining majority of the time of our stay so I really didn’t get to enjoy the pool but other than that this is a great place to book
USThe extended & free late checkout (2pm). Free Upgrade to the Master Suite. Jean Petit was exceptional; Very friendly; Professional and gave my 11 yr old son a free razor ride. The restaurant staff was friendly, food was delicious and servers were very polite. Pool waiters had great service also. Definitely will be back multiple times this year. No other place I’d stay in Rosarito. 10/10
If I could give this property 1000 stars it will be an understatement. The property is gorgeous and the service superb. Jean Petit and Mitzy were like our own personal concierges, they were very attentive, courteous, and professional. The food was excellent and the drinks were phenomenal (try the maracuya mocktail). Our room was perfect with a partial ocean view and excellent distance to pool and restaurant. This place has it all quiet, safe, great food, drinks, service, hot tub, and heated pool. This will forever be my go to spot in Rosarito.

This is a barren bunch of buildings. There is a guy who meets you in the parking lot and takes you to your room. The property does not have a front desk or reception. There is no manager to reach; only voicemail. There is NO hot water in the shower. We tested a different room (so we could stay at least one night) but no hot water there either. (They may have an issue with the main heater in the building.) In short, we checked in at 8pm and left at 9pm after trying to shower in two different rooms. Avoid at all cost. Not sure how they got any of their decent reviews.
If I could give this hotel ONE HUNDRED stars I would. Originally booked from Thursday-Saturday , my husband and I did not want to leave… stayed until TUESDAY. (Staff) Jean, Mitsy , Gelacio, & George made our stay extraordinary. From suites to compounds, restaurants and all of the above met much higher than any other expectations we could’ve imagined. When visiting Rosarito again, this will forever and only be the hotel we will choose. Huge thanks to the wonderful team for providing such an amazing & welcoming experience.
