Park Condesa by Capitalia

El departamento es muy bonito en cuanto a decoración, la recamara es confortable, el baño impecable, las vistas increíbles, en recepción Gaby Navarro si mal no recuerdo nos atendió de una manera increible.

No me gustó que se escucha todo el ruido de afuera de una manera increíble, no dormí dos noches seguidas, además podía escuchar todo lo que mi vecino decía y supongo que ellos a mi, la acústica realmente es muy mala, además nos dejaron sin agua toda una mañana.

La decoración esta bonita, la ubicación es muy buena, la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado Buena calidad de la ropa de cama y de las toallas, amenidades de buen nivel

La habitación era pequeña con ventanas al interior del edificio, sin privacidad, para tener las ventanas abiertas , y sin aire acondicionado

My favorite thing about the property was the location and the cleanliness.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the units did not have an AC unit.

The bed for the non-studio luxury apartment was quite spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was nice, had shelves and the kitchen came fully equipped to chef it up. The gym at the property is symbolic but nice nevertheless, extra bathrooms downstairs and filtered water at the reception were also nice touches. The guard/ receptionists were gentlemen and incredibly attentive to any need of ours which was incredible. They truly deserve a raise. The location was very nice, close to a big park and some more upscale areas of Mexico City but not too close to shops that will give you authentic Mexican dishes as Roma, Condesa and Polanco are incredibly gentrified.

The structure of the building is metallic and hollow sounding. Although every apartment is very well equipped, the fundamental structure and sound proofing of the property is atrocious. Everything from the courtyard, from other customer check ins, check outs, children, or videos being played by workers or clients alike could be heard as if we were in the courtyard. This is probably because things echo but it felt like the doors there did not serve any purpose except to be closed. Thankfully we stayed during a semi off peak season but I’m sure the sound alone would have quickly made the pros of this place not worth it. I spent under 600USD for about a week here and would definitely recommend this place during off peak seasons!
