The location was great. The water pressure excellent. The security staff was helpful

The concierge sucked. She took 6 to 12 hours to reply. Totally useless. The doors in the master suite couldn’t be opened at the same time. They crossed. Very poor planning. They left us one single small bottle of water. The street noise was intrusive.
