Hotel Dama

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. It’s quiet and cozy like an Airbnb, yet has the amenities and comforts of hotel with a rooftop restaurant, included breakfast, daily room cleaning, etc. It’s a newer hotel, having just opened a few months ago, so the rooms are extremely clean and fresh. The house keeping is very detailed orientated and each day we were there was like the first. We never had to ask for anything since they were on top of replenishing things. There is someone 24/7 at the front desk of this small boutique hotel and you need your room key to access the lobby, so we always felt very safe. The hotel itself is located on a quiet street in a very desirable neighborhood in CDMX. We were there celebrating my cousin’s birthday and I mentioned this during the reservation and the hotel went above and beyond with a sign that said “Happy Birthday”, a desert, tequila shots, an entire bottle of tequila, and a room upgrade. It was such a nice and memorable start our trip. The room itself was massive and gorgeous with two sinks in the bathroom and a rainfall shower. If I were to design a hotel room, it would look just like this. The included breakfast in our stay was one of the best I’ve ever had with your choice of meal, fresh fruit, coffee, fresh squeezed juice, and choice of croissants. I never felt so at home at a hotel before. It was a perfect 10/10 hotel stay across the board.

The staff and the restaurant at this hotel are fantastic. We felt comfortable and taken care of during our stay. Breakfasts on the terrace each morning were a highlight of our vacation. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The staff in this boutique hotel are very attentive. They treat you like family members! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying at the Hotel Dama in our recent visit to Mexico City. Rodrigo and Maria in the front desk provided exceptional service. Additionally, our breakfast experience on the rooftop was great with Maria's attentiveness and politeness. All the staff were really very nice. We highly recommend Hotel Dama to other couples wanting to stay in the Condesa neighborhood of the DF.

Staff was super nice and helpful. The location feels safe and within short distance we had a few restaurants/stores. Recommend this place if you’re concerned with safety while staying in Mexico City.
