Cambria Hotel Detroit Downtown

Me gustó que quedaba cerca al People Mover y al festival de música que iba a asistir. Antonio (lobby) y Nate (bell voy) afortunadamente fueron muy amables.

El señor de recepción llamado Dewayne bastante grosero y rudo para hablar. No tiene actitud de servicio y parece que está bajo la influencia de algo, porque lo único que hace es caminar y caminar en el lobby de un lado a otro mientras no esté atendiendo personas, mostrándose ansioso e irritado. Este tipo de personas no deben estar de cara al público. Son un peligro y afectan la experiencia del huésped. La habitación estaba bastante sucia, tenía mucho polvo y cosas pegadas en el espaldar de la cama y la mesa de noche. La cafetera no funcionó.

Our room on the sixth floor was quiet and spacious with a nice view of downtown. The room felt open and was not crammed with too much furniture. HVAC was fairly quiet. The bed was comfy, especially once the ill-fitting sheets were replaced. Large bathroom and a lovely glass shower, though the water flow was a tad wimpy.

Only one pet peeve-at this price point there should be real coffee mugs and drinking glasses in the room, not plastic and paper cups. One additional suggestion: change the scent of the bath products in the shower dispensers. And include some moisturizer.

The smart TV didn’t work.

The staff is awesome! They love their city and want you to have the best time. The double queen rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Only complaint was the small pillows.
