This unit is located on the 25th floor. The building has ONE elevator that accesses the 25th floor. The building has 2 elevators that access floor #26, with a small set of stairs to access floor 25 for our guests that would prefer to do so. Please note that the Hawaiian Monarch building offers inexpensive luggage service for a per bag per day fee at the lower lobby security office. This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

It was a cute little room, there were these little bugs everywhere.. not sure what they were but they were all over the shower and bathroom counter, the walls by the bed and the dresser.. the AC unit worked but some of the buttons for temperature and such didn’t work so it was stuck at whatever it was on, along with being able to see mold in the vent and you could smell it when you turned the unit on, we also had to use the stairs multiple times to get to level 25 due to there only being 1 elevator that gos to floor 25.. the stairwell door for that floor the Handel comes off when you try and open it so we had to be very careful how we turned the Handel
