2 drinks cost $36. No restaraunt Airconditioner made loud grinding noise every 15 mins. 2nd Floor smelled like marijuana smoke Toilet would not flush Remote would not work Pool is a tub View is blocked by garbage alley

Online didnt describe this place to a T and i was totally disappointed....to the point that i left after 1 day although i was booked for 5 days.. i didnt get my money back which expected bit i did get my deposit back..where do i start. Its a alley way entrance,, 4 story walkup with no elevator and i was on the 3rd floor..i am a 57 yr old with surgically repaired knees..not cool. The rooms are extremely small.. the shower although looks nice it leaks plenty water into the room. Also didnt realize that this place doesnt serve breakfast like most places do. I recommend all who read this review to look elsewhere.. jing jing!

Great Little Spot in the middle of a rundown area. While I was walking to it, I was highly concerned about how it was going to be, but it was actually a prefect little spot.

Well, it was a delightful stay at this hidden luxury style hotel in the midst of deserted housing, small alleys with broken property, littered grounds... But just a minute walk to the Beach road! A very convenient location! The rooms are cozy with supersoft bedding and a huge HD tv screen ! Hundreds of channels and most enjoyable YouTube music videos. A walk in shower with great waterflow is a delight after tiresome day at a beach. Intimate lighting features and large mirrors create a pleasant atmosphere. Will be back soon.

The hotel was something out of the 70s. Hidden between the main street and a ally, I was not sure if there was actually a hotel there when we pulled up. People sitting at the outdoor bar pointed down a narrow sidewalk that led into a very dim lit area. Getting our luggage to the entrance was a chore. This was after a 2.5 hour drive from Bangkok. My family was tired from traveling all day and the last thing they wanted to do was carry their luggage to the lobby. Once inside the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly staff member. After checking in, we were given rooms on the fourth floor. We were informed that there were no elevators and someone would come to carry our luggage up the spiral staircase to our rooms (i felt bad for the little lady that had to carry all our luggage upstairs). The rooms were very small. Barely enough room to open our luggage. On the briggt side, we were in walking distance of the mall and just across the street from the beach and a outdoor food market.

It was awesome staying at this hotel, the staff was amazing and cordial; I will recommend for all to stay there due to location, staff and beautiful rooms. My son, friend and I would definitely return to the hotel!!!

Great little gem of a hotel, excellent and super friendly staff, clean room, hot water and cold AC. If wanting a small and personal stay highly recommend.

Nice and helpful staff ; tidy room, but a bit noisy.

Its right by the beach and next to the bars. The hotel itself has a full bar and great food. There is a nice Jacuzzi and bar on the roof. Definitely try their laab moo and frozen piña coladas. The staff and owner are really friendly and made my stay here very enjoyable. I had never stayed here before, but I am definitely staying here during my next visit to Pattaya.

There is no swimming pool at all and rooms with city view are not suitable for travel
