Beds are a tad uncomfortable but overall a nice place to stay

Very nice place to stay

Both the Hotel and Casino were beautiful and very clean. Front desk staff Monica as well as the gift shop clerk (unfortunately I didn't get her name) were very friendly, and courteous. Both were very helpful. We did enjoy our 3 day stay and look forward to returning. However, The only negative thing would be that besides the two employees mentioned above, it did seem like most of the staff was not happy, the players club clerk who set us up, since we are new to the casino and how things worked, was not friendly or helpful at all. We had received some misinformation regarding playing and when we asked about it, this clerk was just miserable and didn't care to help make things right. The bar staff near the playing tables were either under staffed or just again miserable, several times we waited, in seats at the bar to be served, we were looked at but never approached until we actually stood directly in front of them. They were not helping other players at the time. One night we were paying for our drinks and the bartender stated she couldn't break the money we handed her...it's a casino, that was a really odd thing to say. We understood if she needed to get someone to break it but to just out of the blue say that and then actually wait to think about what she was going to do, she eventually took it and figured it out, it was just awkward. Again, for the majority of our stay, we had a great time. We are definitely planning future trips. Hope to see smiling faces more.

The hotel room was ok. TV didn’t work properly and did not get the king bed that was book, they said that they didn’t have any left.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was exceptional! Our room was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The only recommendations that I have at this time would be a music bar and more dining options.

Great room, friendly staff and decent priced.

The Hotel was nice. There wasn’t enough parking close to the hotel for paying customers and guests.
