Candace was amazing - fun, friendly - excellent customer service! The rooms are adorable, so cozy and private, even though it's a complex. Scenery spectacular. We will only stay here from now on !

The only things were the upstairs tv remotes needed batteries (but we didn't really care because we were out and about). The upstairs tub was super comfy and clean, but when draining the tub, the pipes underneath the tub shook and made a ton of noise. Had to drain tub slowly, because we were afraid of potentially damaging the pipes. Otherwise, great!

"Lovely, quiet, relaxing stay."

Easy check in at the Sports Center. Candace, the representative was very helpful in explaining details about Canyon Rim. The unit was exceptionally clean. Also the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and enjoying dinner at the condo.

Please fix the shattered glass in unit 511. Window must have been hit with a golf ball and shattered the exterior glass.
