Готель неймовірно красивий і розташований у дуже мальовничому та тихому місці. Навколо скелі, порослі високими деревами, тече гірська річечка, поруч старовинний монастир. Готель дуже гарний і чистий, старовинні меблі, вишукані інтер’єри.

Сніданком абсолютно незадоволені(( Булочки, кава, ковбаса і сир - це було все; великий мінус.

Öncelikle otel bu sezonda tam olarak açık değildi. Booking sayfanıza bu oteli bu tarihlerde koymanız yanlış olmuş. Otel şehirden çok uzak bir dağın tepesinde konumlanmış. Tarihi bir bina olarak görünüyor. Zevkle dekor edilmiş.

Otel sezon olarak tam açılmamış olduğundan hizmet sadece bir personelle verilmeye çalışılıyor. Otel konum olarak çok uzak bir yerdeydi. Floransa civarında otel baktık sizin sayfanıdan, bulunduğunuz konuma 15 km uzak diye gösterdiğiniz diye gösterdiğiniz otel 50 km uzakta dağın tepesinde bir yerde çıktı. Belkide otelde tek biz vardık. Kahvaltı hiç iyi değildi. İlgilenen yoktu. Sadece bir personel resepsiyon görevlisi çalışıyordu. Kahvaltıda ilgili çalışan personel yoktu, verdiğimiz paraya göre çok pahalı bir oteldi. Konumu çok uzaktaydı.
