GBHotel was clean, room amazing especially the bathroom. Check in was smooth and staff amazingly friendly. Loved the cucumber water available 24/7. Bed was comfortable and showers super hot. Loved it all.

USUSGBEverything was great. We arrived and were given a complementary upgrade, even accommodating us on the ground floor so we didn't have to carry all our luggage upstairs. Lovely staff, and so many great touches like eye masks, a welcome note, tea/coffee available all day. Perfect location. I can't fault this place.
