Camp Creek Inn

AMAZING! The hotel and all of the accommodations are incredible, and most definitely a 5/5 stars! But what makes this place SO DIFFERENT from others is the incredible hospitality, friendliness and service we received from the hotel staff! We had a horrible experience booking a condo that was infested with bugs down the road through hotels.com and were left to scramble late at night to find a place to stay, luckily with the grace of God we were able to stumble upon this place. From the moment we pulled up to the front gate and interacted with Joseph (who was incredibly kind to us in our desperation and helped us greatly to talk to someone to book a room), to Erin at the front desk (that honestly provided the best customer service experience we have ever encountered in any business. She is soooo amazing, so kind, so professional, so hospitable. We loved seeing her each day and talking with her), to Benjamin at the 1936 Bar (who provided excellent service and an infectious and happy demeanor that helped set our vacation right after our previous bad experience at the other hotel), to Charles our server at ANR (who gave us perfect recommendations, attentive service, great conversation, as well as local history we enjoyed hearing about).... Long story short, this place was unbelievable. We stayed there for 3 nights, by the time we were leaving my wife and I both felt like we had made a bunch of new friends in the staff. Just great people. And forgive me for not mentioning other names, because others were also great, these were the ones we interacted with the most. Major kudos to whomever does the hiring and training. We, CAN'T WAIT to come back again :) Thank you for such a memorable experience!

We stayed at Camp Creek Inn for my husband’s 50th. The combo of golf and the most amazing beaches in the world, made this an ideal destination. I do consider my service expectations to be high. This place blew it out of the water! Best. Service. Ever. The amenities and close proximity to Alys Beach, along w the breathtaking grounds surpassed my lofty expectations. Watersound Beach Club is my new happy place. The beach services provide an effortless experience nestled on the clear,calm sea. The gym is fantastic. Pools and grounds are superbly maintained. Play Camp Creek course. Over. And over. And over again! And a huge shout out to Joe (from the front gate) to Joey(our favorite valet)Anna Beth(front desk) Charles (AnR) Moises (Bar)

This resort is terrific, and they have a great team of people who care about their guests. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has many amenities. Be sure to visit, you will not be disappointed!

Best resort ever!! Cannot say enough good things about the staff, the property it self, the food and the beach club and pool at the resort. Jim the shuttle driver was made for that job. It was so nice to be able to hop on the shuttle to go to Aly's / Rosemary and the beach club. We will be back!

CCI provided a place for some R&R during my stay. Valet and parking provided. It also provided aminivities that I enjoyed such as a day at the Beach, a Wellnes Center to workout, and a golf range to work on my game. It has all the aminivities available within walking distance. Shuttle is provided to the Beach minutes away. Staff was great and helpful and answered all my questions. Some nice touches to mention...free beverage and snack available, chocolate and watter provided daily. A room safe provided security resource for my valuables.

Location and staff are great. Communication to guests about what is really included in your “member for a stay” needs addressed. Since this is a country club and guests are staying here at the hotel with the amenities the members have. Food is good and so is the room. We’ve been here twice but really not sure if we would come back based off the most recent visit.

Our time at Camp Creek is was absolutely amazing. The location is wonderful and their amenities are top notch. Visiting with our children the pool was our favorite place to be. There is nothing negative to be said and we cannot wait to visit again.

Can’t rave enough about this place!! Perfectly located for access to everything. The cleanliness and southern hospitality from staff is top notch!! Plus access to the Watersound Beach Club is an added BONUS! Will definitely come back.
