It was clean, close to the action in Patong. I had no issues at all and I would stay there again. Staff was very friendly. Easy to get in and out. Small property and very private.

Location is quite near to the center, so we walked almost to all the locations. Got many shops and resturants nearby. even the hotel resturant was nice. but there were few issues with the room. I saw small insects walking on the table. They didnt give enough bathroom products, not give extra waters or coffee, and no tea at all. we stayed 3 nights, so 2 coffee and 2 water wasnt enough. but the room was smoking allowed which I appreciate.
