No door bell was broken, I could not check in. No one answer door or check messages sent on booking messenger no one answer phone or at check in.
GBSimple but nice, clean place close to the beach and very convenient for the airport. Staff are lovely, very friendly and really helpful. Also had a fantastic facial and foot massage at their spa on the ground floor!
GBProperty is fine and clean. Close to beach. I was looking forward to visiting after the reviews about the surrounding and the area but after arriving from krabi and visiting other parts of Thailand Phuket is something else. After arriving within one hour I did not like the vibes of naithon beach the people were rude (not the Thai people) the people say hello instead of sawadeekah. People were rude to me. I just felt weird and didn’t like it so I actually returned to krabi. Nothing wrong with the hotel but Phuket isn’t a Thai vibe. Full of tourists and Russians and not authentic at all.
Property is fine lots of stairs not good for people with leg problems
