"Gyönyörű helyen rendkívül professzionális vendéglátás"

Elképesztően profi és kedves személyzet. Mindent megoldanak. A kiszolgálás és a kilátás elképesztő, az ételek is nagyon jók. Maga a hotel simán hozza az 5*S szintet.

Minden tetszett ez az egyik legjobb hely a Gardán de lehet hogy egész Olaszországban.

3 ليالٍ كانت من أجمل التجارب التي مررنا بها. المكان يتميز بإطلالات ساحرة وأجواء هادئة وفاخرة تعطي شعوراً بالراحة من أول لحظة. التصميم أنيق جداً والتفاصيل مدروسة بعناية، سواء في الغرف أو المرافق أو حتى طريقة استقبال الضيوف. الخدمة كانت فوق المتوقع، وطاقم العمل في قمة الاحترافية واللطف وكانوا حريصين دائماً على تقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة. النظافة ممتازة، والخصوصية عالية، والأجواء بشكل عام مثالية للاسترخاء والاستمتاع. الفندق يجمع بين الفخامة والهدوء بطريقة رائعة، وكل شيء فيه يجعلك تشعر بأنك في مكان مميز فعلاً. تجربة لا تُنسى وبالتأكيد سيكون من أول الخيارات لنا في المستقبل

"Modern new resort spa with exceptional service"

Me and my husband travel extensively and always stay in 5 star hotel. This hotel experience was exceptionally nice. Only 2 years old but run ext well with exceptional level of service . New modern facility , very contemporary, done with high end materials, attention to small details as quality of cozy throw on the sofa , first rate bedding to quality of first grate ingredients at breakfast. It is privately owned and it reflects in very high level of service . Most guest are germa or Austrian , but all staff spoke English as well. Front Desc supervisors Asia and Maria went out of there way to find best available room and make our stay as pleasant as could be . We were celebrating two very big dates. Valet and pool service was exceptionally nice to demonstrate all options of activities in the resort from multiple pools to o schedule of pillate, yoga, special sauna treatments for community ,etc Front Desc Asia and Maria took the time to look for a piece of plastic cover from our rented Mercedes that was lost when we were leaving the hotel. All together , I would rate this hotel 5 out of 5.
