Dawn 822-Beach n Pool

We love our stay here. It was a perfect getaway for our 15th wedding anniversary!

The condo had an awful smell of mold/moisture as soon as we walked in. I put a maintenance request but only to get air fresheners to mask the smell. Also the unit really needs a better cleaning. I was told in advance that the dryer wasn't working and they were working on it. It was never fixed the whole time I was there. I had to put another maintenance request because the ac was not working and didn't get taken care of until later the next day and had to sleep in a hot room. We had a late check-in and the instructions weren't clear as to where the entrance or where the unit was. The exterior of the condo was really nice only thing was the gate from the pool to the outside had a code that we didn't have access to and we had to walk to the main entrance more than once.

Very nice property located across the street from the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

We arrived after hours and the instructions were sent to me and Everything was easy to follow and got in fine. We had a handle on the sliding glass door that appeared to be broken. We contacted the office and it was fixed right away. Great pool areas. Great location.

When we arrived though very early. We asked about checking in. We were told the room needed to Be cleaned from The guests the day before that checked out at 10:30am. They said they would text when the room was ready. We were Told we could Check in and park And use the pool and hang There and wait till the room was ready. We noticed no one came to The room until about 30 minutes to check in to replace the toilet handle. I’m paid a extra $50 when I checked in at the front desk. We noticed the chair at the kitchen table we about to come Apart, loose screws I would Imagine. Though no smoking signs were posted still people smoke, At the pool and out front Where the cars parked. Things we enjoyed the view and the pool. The ground staff starts at 9 with blowers, which on vacation sleeping in a tad later is nice.
