Everything!! Would book again and definitely recommend! Cleanliness was on point and the way everything is setup inside the house is amazing! The community pool was a kid favorite and we could have spent our entire trip there!

There were an abundance of spiders and cockroaches in the unit, when I called customer service the woman asked what I would like her to do about it. I asked her to send someone out to check the unit and exterminate, they sent someone the last day we were there. I felt so uncomfortable with the amount of bugs in this unit I didn’t even stay the last night, we packed up and went home early.

Don't stay here it's an hoa community and the people are not nice. False advertising

It was clean and spacious

When I booked it was for the property of 1118 with garage access and hot tub, but I was placed in 1120 C with no garage access and no hot tub. The property managers stated they do not have a 1118 and booking.com made the mistake. With this change I possibly was charged for something I didn’t get to use.

Very family friendly

Modern, clean, lots of space, arcade games were fun, lots of bathrooms.

Our bedroom door didn’t actually latch so it couldn’t be locked. The soap dispensers were not impressive. A lot of work to get anything out of them. Our shampoo dispenser had all leaked out into the tub. We ended up buying our own shampoo, conditioner and soap because they were pretty useless.

Location was great. Everything was clean. Garage was a plus! Decent size TV's in every room. Arcade machine was a good touch! Hot tub was excellent!

TV in the main living room kept disconnecting form the Internet. Main bedroom shower was small. Had to put trash bags in my vehicle and take it to the dumpster. Should have some type of pick up. Shouldn't have to worry about trash on vacation

I did not like anything about this place. I never write reviews but felt inclined to share. I was not provided internet for the first night of a buisness related trip. There were roaches in the bedroom upon arrival. The hot tub had something wiped on the side of it that was fairly gross. I called about the internet issue on the night of arrival. The answering service could not help me. There was no guest book in the residence with directions. After me making several calls the night of arrival, they told me they would send someone out....nobody came. I was finally sent a password at 3am. I asked to be compensated for the issues, and they offered a very minimal reimbursement that came with a document for me to sign, indicating I would not share details of the visit. These reviews are important to me because I travel often and count on other consumers to help me select a good destination. I selected just to write a review. The local internet also went out on one other morning while there...this could not be helped, but management was slow to communicate the problem and then attempted to say my internet issue was on that day.....this was not accurate. There is nothing like gaslighted about your complaints.

There were also no extra blankets. It does not feel like a typical vrbo. It felt like a hotel/ house with nobody at the front desk. There are so many great properties in the area. I would stay away from this one. Maybe with enough feedback, they can adjust the experience.
