Accesso alla piú bella struttura ricettiva storica di Livorno, direttamente sul corso principale. Possibilitá di cenare sia nel ristorante panoramico ma anche nei locali adiacenti. Passeggiata serale nella terrazza Mascagni, impagabile. Colazione abbondante, di qualitá e con ampia scelta.

La camera sebbene molto curata, era oggettivamente troppo piccola, senza porta valigia ne tavolino per lavorare al Pc. La finestra di dimensioni small, si affaciava su un parcheggio e un palazzo in ristrutturazione.

Location was great, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast selection and the room was comfortable with good air con. Proximity to restaurants and bars was good but was quiet in our room.

The grout in the bathroom was a bit icky. Would have been nice to use pool later into the evening

We loved our stay here. Some previous reviews were concerning, but when we arrived, we saw nothing mentioned in those reviews. Our room was spacious with a lot of natural light. It was clean. We loved the ambiance of the hotel as well as the rooftop pool and bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant and watched the sunset. The staff—at every point—was kind and helpful. Absolutely a wonderful experience.

The location was good. Very easy to go around.

It looks like it used to be a nice hotel. I believe its old. There was a smell of fish in our floor. The room was old, smell of mold in the bathroom... you can clearly see its not well entertain
