Modern Mountain Escape

The location was great. Nice view.

Our first night there our heat didn’t work so we spent that night freezing. No one came till the next morning. They couldn’t fix the problem so the next night they had to move us to another place which was great. The maintenance man was very helpful and kind to us. He’s the only one we talked to the whole time.

If I could give this property a 0 star rating I absolutely would! This place was disgusting! We found cockroaches in the bathroom, dust was everywhere, there was short and long black hairs in the bed, urine and mold stains on the shower curtain, broken appliances, and flickering lights in the bathroom.

The Views were amazing!

There was way too much chlorine in the pool. We could smell it as soon as we opened the door. There was a restaurant shown but we never saw anything open. Also there is only an inside pool and small playground not much for kids to do.

It was clean & it had a beautiful view

The 1st 25 hours we were in a apartment that had no air conditioning I let them know & it took 24 hours or us waiting in a extremely hot apartment for them to move us to another apartment They didn't seem to care

The property was beautiful and the views were priceless. We will be staying again in thr future.

There was never anyone in the office to ask questions or get fresh towels from them.

It was renovated

My room wasn’t clean when I arrived. They offered a peace offering until my room was cleaned, however it still wasn’t cleaned just straightened up and I found hair on my sheets so I had to text again for them to bring clean bedding first thing in the morning. I had an issue with getting clean towels on time like I asked , eventually I got them. The beds were not as described and one was so low to the floor it was uncomfortable and should be replaced with a real bed frame. The ceiling fan did not work in the living room area.
