Not the fanciest condo and a bit warm inside but it was clean and the location was great. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to shops, coffee and a food truck park.
People were friendly, great vibe has a great time
I liked that the property location was all on the same street as some places to eat, shopping, beach, and at the beach which was located right across the street had a little playground for my kids to play. The property had a beautiful view, very breezy, room and living room was very cool, very wholesome property.

Arrivd at destination with no direction on checkin procedure. Was unaware that this property was a VRPO than a hotel. The "photo" image as shown on this page is NOT the property we stayed at- that was a big disappointment
I was looking for a different experience from the luxury hotels that Ive stayed at on my past visits to Maui and I found it in this nice Condo which is located right by the beach. Off the balcony you see and hear the ocean waves crashing against the yellow sands, taking your mind to a relaxing place. The condo has all things you need to cook to enjoy your own food, fresh made coffee etc, which helped keep my budget. Very clean and well kept Condo. Owner was very nice and helped me with a longer stay due to my flight leaving later in the night. Also, the reserved Parking spot is conveniently right outside the door. Overall I give this a 10 of 10 rating and hope to have the pleasure of returning to this beautiful space.
Very nice condos, they are comfortable there’s a few things like the ac only in one room rest of the condo gets super hot also WiFi does not work good at all we couldn’t really watch tv at night.
Not exactly what I expected for the advertised price; after seeing final bill with all of the additional fees, we seemed to have turned down an amazing ocean front on the beach hotel with lots of new amenities and daily service, as well as having the entire suite with AC instead of just one, for just over half the cost for the same period. Was not very pleased with that. Most people are willing to pay for value as long as the value is there and no unwanted surprises at the end.
The property was okay, near the beaches, and the kitchen was complete with utensils we could use. The only bad thing was that the sofa bed was broken. We informed them (we didn’t break it; it was already broken when we opened it). We stayed there for 7 days, but it never got fixed. They said someone would come to fix it, but no one did. So, my kids had to sleep on a broken sofa bed .
Location. Location. Location. Yup. Very conveniently situated to everything you may need. Just walking distance to: Coffee shop, grocery, restaurants, snorkeling rental, food trucks, and of course the beach. Then few minutes drive to the mall, major beaches in the area (such as Kaanapali and Kapalua), and the blow hole. As for the property, building isn't new but updated. AC is window type AC and is limited in the room only. Outside the room got pretty warm when we stayed. Had to open all windows and the sliding door all the way. Since it's by the road, noise easily got in when speeding and loud music cars pass by. Also the strong smell of newly legalized plant gets in when everything is open. Kitchen is well equipped except for inadequate exhaust power. Cooking fume got overwhelming inside when we cooked for our kids their bacon, spam, or egg in the morning. Bathroom is updated. Nice shower stall, vanity and sink. However no bathroom exhaust as well. Took a while for the air to clear up after being used for number 2. Bathroom window does its job as a replacement but just not as quick. Furnitures are great. Except for the couch in the living room. Looked nice in the photo but it stopped there. Maybe its being planned already to be replaced. As for tropical bugs. Didn't see much. We stayed for 5 days and only encountered maybe 4 small roaches. Had a great stay at this property overall. 10 out of 10. All negatives mentioned got outweighed by the positives.
