Spacious and nice balcony

This is our second visit. We were happy with both stays.

Our key cards didn’t work after first issued. Some lightbulbs were burned out, tv in living room didn’t work. The people in the room upstairs sounded like elephants running. Overall, rooms clean & nice. Biggest issue was communication-terms seemed to change after booking through Expedia.

Our stay was great! It needs updating but it didn’t bother us! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The property is quite and in a safe area.

The office of this property is offsite about a mile from the resort. If there is any issues or problems you have to go to another location. Our key didn’t work and we had to wait for someone to bring new ones to us. That’s my only complaint and everything else was fine.

This hotel was booked thru hotels.com but then the property requires reservation thru another company called Hostiva. They require additional upload of documents and the check in is at an offsite hotel location. Upon arriving to the actual property, there is very little signage and it is confusing to find your room. You have to use an outdoor elevator to then unlock an outer door to find your inner room door that is in a 2-suite lobby. The room was disappointing and is in great need of updates. The bathroom was dirty, the fireplace was not functional, and although we asked for a room with a jetted tub, they did not accommodate the request. The photos of this property are deceiving. The bed was comfortable, and for a 1 night stay was ok, but would not book here again. Everything is an up charge. Don't turn in a key card- $10 charge, etc. Was told to call to check out and no one would answer the phone.
