The apartment is spacious, clean, stylish and equipped with great facilities, which made our stay a comfortable one. The location is exceptional as there are so much to explore and it is easy to get what we need. The host was very helpful and always responded to our enquires very quickly.

We had an amazing 4-day, 3-night stay at Poolvilla Gaon in Busan. From the moment we stepped into the villa, we were transported into a magical, festive atmosphere. The cozy Christmas decor and a lovely fragrance welcomed us, instantly making us feel relaxed and at home. It was a truly enchanting start to our holiday! The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch. Our family of nine was well accommodated, even with only one toilet. The host thoughtfully provided plenty of bath and face towels for our daily use, ensuring we were always comfortable. One delightful surprise was finding a beautiful Christmas cake waiting for us in the refrigerator when we went to store our groceries. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch! Unfortunately, one of our children experienced bad insect bites on one of the nights. Upon notifying the host, he responded immediately and provided electric mosquito repellents and bite creams suitable for both adults and babies. He even followed up regularly to check on our child’s condition, which was incredibly thoughtful, especially since the bites caused swelling and a fever due to her allergy. The host’s genuine concern and constant check-ins made a huge difference, and we felt so grateful for his exceptional care. Throughout our stay, the host was consistently prompt in responding to any questions or requests. His dedication to making us feel comfortable and well taken care of went above and beyond. If we ever return to Busan, we would definitely stay at Poolvilla Gaon again.

The only downside of our stay at Poolvilla Gaon was having just one toilet for our family of nine, but the exceptional service and thoughtful hospitality more than made up for it.
