La situació és excel·lent per visitar Puebla i el tracte exquisit. El llit va ser molt còmode.

Ens va tocar una habitació que només tenia sortida a un celobert i no podíem ventilar perquè la finestra estava tancada. L'edifici és històric i té una decoració eclèctica que no s'acaba d'entendre.

Nice and clean. Great staff

Well when I got there the staff attending told me that we were going to get an upgrade. In mi mind thought I was going to get a room with a view. But that did not happened. We had a view of the ac unit. I did not like that it was in the first floor.

"Elegante ma essenziale"

Posizione eccezionale, vicinissimo allo Zócalo. Arredamento parti comuni e decorazioni molto eleganti . Letti comodissimi

La musica diffusa nelle aree comuni si sente forte in camera fino alle 22, disturbando molto. Arredo in camera molto minimale, niente cassetti e armadio così devi lasciare tutto in giro in disordine. A colazione devi chiedere tutto tu perché il buffet esposto è minimale, non capisco questa scelta, avendo molto spazio a disposizione..

"Met my expectations and allowed for a great visit to Puebla"

The location was perfect- less than 5 minute walk to the zocalo and to the markets and restaurants. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was nice- enjoyed the made to order eggs.

Lobby area could be better designed to allow more hang-out space.

"Gut für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Puebla."

Wir waren eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier. Zimmer sehr sauber mit allem, was man braucht (Trinkwasser zum Zähneputzen wird gestellt). Tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt, die Lage ist sehr zentral, fussläufig zum Zócalo. Trotz Erdbebenalarm am Morgen war das Personal professionell, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das valet parking hat uns sehr entspannt, und dass es extra kostet, steht schon vor der Buchung in den Informationen. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Die zentrale Lüftung war ziemlich laut; ich denke, das könnte besser gemacht werden. Ich habe Ohrstöpsel zum Schlafen benutzt.
