I loved comfort and the decor of the units, as well as it’s unbeatable proximity to downtown Cabo

There was no pool and we could never find the gym.

I recently stayed at The Paraiso Residences from February 2nd to 6th, and while the property itself was beautiful and the other parts of the house were clean, my overall experience was marred by several issues. At arrival, I discovered that the master bedroom bedsheets were heavily soiled & had not been properly cleaned, as confirmed by a blue light inspection. I immediately requested a full bedding replacement, but my message went unanswered until I called the next morning. When housekeeping did arrive, they only replaced the middle sheet instead of the entire bed, including the pillows, as I had explicitly requested. This required a second visit, causing delays to my day. Furthermore, the soiled sheets were not removed but were instead folded and stored in a cabinet, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and proper laundering protocols. Additionally, there was a plumbing issue upon arrival—the master bedroom toilet was clogged, an issue that should have been checked before check-in. This caused further inconvenience. Another major issue was with the water filter, which was producing cloudy water, making it undrinkable. Despite bringing this to the attention of the concierge team, the issue was not resolved in a at all, and I was left without access to clean drinking water. The lack of bottled water, which is a standard amenity for most accommodations, and being told the water filter was just an extra but not required, added to the frustration. On my last day, I also felt uncomfortable when I was seemingly being watched. When I arrived at the gate to catch an uber, the attendant asked if I was the last to leave. I found this odd, as I hadn’t mentioned my departure. I also wondered how they knew which home I had come from, but didn’t receive a clear answer. This was weird. To make matters worse, at 10 AM—before the contracted check-out time of 11 AM—an individual entered the property w/out authorization. The last guest had to ask them to leave, & when attempting to return to retrieve her belongings after running to grab food, she found that the entry code was no longer working.

Amazing location, very clean and spacious apartment and within walking distance to most bars and restaurants! We had an amazing stay and Flor was so helpful to accommodate us with a late checkout due to a late flight! Had a few nights cooking in and the kitchen amenities were great!

A small issue with the washing machine that left some Of our darker clothes stained with red blotches-was unclear how this occurred as there was no bleach involved. Only a few items spoiled so not a major issue. There are also no luggage storage facilities in this listing so make sure you factor that into plans! However the staff (Flor) were very accommodating to give us a late checkout at no extra cost.

Excellent. Located at marina at waterfront. Big funished apartment. Nice kitchen, very big balcony patio with table, chairs and barbaque. 3 tv with netfix. Washer and dryer too. Safe indoor parking included. Excellent value.

Luxurious and amazing views

HOT WATER! Overall the property was nice and in an excellent location. The staff were very nice and professional. Unfortunately, we did not have any hot water for the first few days of our 9 night stay. We did notice a few other reviewers recently mention the same thing. They did finally turn it on and it was very hot, so once you have it, Awesome. Also you should know this condo is right in the middle of the action so quite a bit of noise is to be expected. It is also located above a mall and on our last 2 nights the stores underneath us decided to do some remodeling and we had the very loud drilling and hammering going until 2am. So there are some very great things about this place (view, location, kitchen, and laundry) but a few negatives as well such as hot water and noise.

There was no hot water ever. Cold dhowers are not my thing.
