Paraiso Residences Marina Cabo by Capitalia

The residence are really nice. They have everything you need for your stay. I like the fact that you need a key card to access the residences and a security guard at all times. Everyone is so friendly there.

Upon arrival the floors had hair, sand, and debris on both upstairs and downstairs floor so you had to dust your feet off every time you got in your bed, the first floor bath was dirty and had feces remaining in it, there was no hot/warm water in two of the bathrooms, the balcony door knob is broken and falls off so we almost got locked out. No one answered the main line upon arrival because we got lost and the place isn’t easy to find, it’s actually above the mall with its own entrance around back. The worst part, the front door didn’t lock, we had to wait 4 days to get it fixed with vital information (passports) and merchandise. Soo we had to put everything in our car rental. The WiFi cuts off randomly soo wet had to use the community across the from the balcony. No iron, no kitchen towels to wipe down sips, no broom to clean up the dirty on the floor when we arrived. Honestly we deserve a credit

Great place, confortable and very updated it.

The Paraiso Residences were great! Location on the marina, an upscale grocery store down stairs along with a huge variety of shops. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. If you’re chartering a fishing trip, the marina is right there. The only downside, or it is a downside, is its pricing policy. When you book your trip on Hotels.com, you get a confirmation that say you will pay $XX US Dollars for your stay. When you check on, you sign a credit card recipient that is in Mexican pesos. When your credit card converts it back to dollars, you notice the charge is significantly higher that the Hotels.com confirmation, in my case 14.5% higher. If you know to take US dollars and pay in cash, you won’t have the issue. Paraiso is not the only place doing this so it would be unfair to single them out. Any business that quotes you in USD and then has you pay in pesos on your card is doing this. It’s all about the weakening value of the peso and the exchange rate they use.
