The location and cleanliness of the room. Easy access and like the extra's the room offered, like the fireplace.

Difficulty with TV streaming, would have been better to just offer cable TV.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Unlike chain hotels, and individually decorated and spacious area. Very private and quiet. Easy parking. Close to so many good restaurants and activities.

Everything was perfect. The loft was absolutely perfect. We were on the second floor but there is an elevator or stairs for convenience. We needed nothing everything is provided. Communication was great and they were easily available.
