"Exceptional"

Great downtown location in Hill City. Brand new contemporary building with a market attached to building with fresh food and a bar. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Mt Rushmore and Custer State park. Clean with a large kitchen. Walk in shower. Lots of space.

"Beautiful place!!"

Beautiful and New

The air conditioner over bed was very noisy. The lights up the lift steps do not cut off( I just need total dark, may not bother anyone else) The place is new, so the construction was still banging and going on after 8 pm and started at 8:00 am. Don’t get me wrong the play is amazing….. I would stay there anytime….. just modify at moment while still under construction late in the vending and early morning…

"Excellent Rental and conveniently located"

Beautiful apartment with comfortable bedding. The owner is very responsive with questions.

Close to steakhouse and parking in back lot with steakhouse customers. It was a bit challenging to park on a busy night.

"Overall we loved it and were very happy with our stay!"

The loft was immaculate. Brand new, nice decor, modern and well equipped. Modern style with thoughtful appointments. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was perfect for visiting Custer and Mount Rushmore. Bedroom upstairs in the loft area, we heard no street noise.

The AC unit upstairs needs to be adjusted. It made a loud rattling noise every time it turned on throughout the night. Took a while to cool down at night also.
