The property was perfect for our needs. I gave it four stars for some minor reasons. 1). The upstairs 1/2 bath toilet was basically for #1’s only. There was a sign stating it clogs easily, so no #2’s. 2). Hot water was HOT(once it came in), but it took approximately 5-6 mins before the hot water would flow to the showers. Thought maybe because it had been vacant for awhile. But it was normal for every 1st shower. 3). The coffee machine brewed brown hot water instead of coffee. Luckily the renting agency reached out that day via text to ask how everything was going. They DID offer to bring a new coffee pot, but I declined. 4). The WiFi password was not correctly listed. The rental agency did get me the correct password when they were made aware. Major credit to Kokopelli, they addressed the concerns I told them about (Coffee/Wifi) and remedied or attempted to remedy the situation. The other concerns were just quirks. One A/C upstairs in living room that cooled that room only. The bedrooms are downstairs so they remained cooler and the evenings were cool so there was no issue with open windows. The beds were rock hard and queen size. But by the last day our bodies adjusted. The property was clean, it is in a great location. Very close to anything you may need and close to the plaza/Downtown. It has its own parking spot in front of the single car garage. Unless you have small vehicles, it’s a one spot home. It is a great spot. I would recommend Casa Viva and stay there again.
