Pacific Villas

Nice little place, very comfy for 2. Just across the road from the rocky beach. Very pleasant to hear the sound of waves rolling the rocks back and forth. The road is busy with pedestrian, bike, and one way 10mph car traffic and makes for great people watching from the deck. Easy walk to downtown Oceanside and the pier.

The location was superb. Easy access to condo from the back gate made for easy loading and unloading. Loved the deck and could see the ocean. The washer and dryer area was awesome! Parking spot provided off street. There was a BBQ, but we didn't use it. Beach chairs were provided.

The toilet was very close to the wall. My husband is 6.2, so he had a harder time than I did.

It was a nice location and the property was pretty well maintained. The insulation between rooms was not good. I was in #6 and the people above me woke up at midnight with 2 alarms and it sounded like it was in my room. When I tried rest later in the day the maids came and the vacuuming was so loud above us. It is definitely an older building without any sound barrier between the top and bottom floor. I really liked the location, if only I could sleep through the elephants upstairs.

We like location. We stayed once before. The set up is nice. The apartment is decent in size and set up .parking was fine. Nice shower.

In the bedroom..not enough light in room. but also at night light outside shined in .. couldn't sleep so we hung a blanket over window. The people upstairs you could hear very loud like no soundproofing I guess. Sliding and feet pounding a lot.. The kitchen set up nice but the corner of cabinet where you reach for fridge to open is very unsafe. My husband hit his head on it twice.. maybe put a corner cushion foam on it. Supplies in kitchen great and great to have coffee there.

Amazing location. Couldn’t be better if you tried. My brother and I took a short trip here from Colorado and really enjoyed the closeness of the water and the beach. The property is so kind and responsive and gave personalized recommendations. Laundry is available free of charge and parking is so easy. Only complaint, which is not particularly something they can help, but the walls are paper thin. We had a crying child next door and someone who was awake at 3 am walking around, dropping things… despite the many quiet hour reminders posted around the room and on the website. Overall an amazing stay. You won’t regret it as long as your neighbors are kind.

Can’t beat the location ❣️ The views/sounds of the waves are amazing and one can walk pretty much everywhere downtown Oceanside and the pier. Also not having the usual cleaning fee was refreshing. The turn down service seems much more reasonable and appealing when booking for only a couple nights.

It’s a Beach property with quite some deferred maintenance. But priced well. There was nothing we missed while staying the two nights. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay here so much! beautiful views, felt very private and parking on the property is always a plus. Our condo was fully stocked with all the basic essentials and loved that they had a clean laundry room with complementary laundry essentials. I made a mistake while booking and staff were so friendly and helpful even after hours. Will most definitely be recommending this property to friends and family.

This location was amazing. The place was cute and the host was great! I would def stay here agin!

The front door was a little hard to open each time but I am guessing that has to do with the ocean and the wood there.
