Stairs, lol, but it was a very pleasant stay. Although being on the top floor allowed a better view.

The location was great

Sofa bed was horrible the owner needs to sleep in it just so they can see for themselves the floor was scary in living and dining room you could actually see water seeping through the floor the main bedroom floor was not level we would constantly trip my daughter fell her foot is all swollen hopefully nothing broken not sure how the property insurance works in case I have to take her to the Dr right now we are doing rest and ice

The owners personal touch .welcome note with snacks and water for each of us and glittered and cross word for our daughter. Added touches 👌 we forgot to pack like a shaver and something for a headache . View of the water and to beach park a huge plus The food discount next door also a plus

U would say to pls send check out instructions when booking is paid not before we leave the property as I do nit get on my cell when traveling except for help when on vacation so I didn't see it til 24 hrs later .I'd say update half price daily specials to reflect winter months only .T hat would be our only suggestions .

We loved being right on the water. It was spotless. The amenities were above and beyond, particularly in the kitchen. It was nice to have some spices, coffee and creamer.

One tiny thing, invest in a decent wine opener 😉
