Awesome Maui Vista Beach Suite

There was no communication with the property manager prior to the stay as described in the reservation. I had to send a message and didn’t receive the access code until immediately before checking in. There are not enough dishes or glassware for the total number of occupants allowed. Three dinner plates, two soup bowls for occupancy of 5 allowed. The decor is very dated and not a remodeled unit as described. The review email sent listed a different unit number. A key is needed for the pool, but I was never notified; not included in the check in email. The pool key for the unit was actually left in the building office.

Nice clean condos right across from the Kihei-area beaches. Close to local shopping & dining. Food trucks close by as well.

Everything in the home was beautiful, clean, and had all the essentials we needed. Walkable Shopping center, grocery, beach, restaurants and bars all closes to each other. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

This is not a hotel room, its a simple condo. It's not a 4-star stay for many reasons ie: the A/C in the bedroom is roaring loud, the ceilings are only 8 ft, the walls are so thin passers-by can be heard like they are in your room, ,the toilet makes intermittent noises, and the shower-tub is subpar This is not to say everything is bad, it's not. But it's 3-star at best.

The highlight of this property is its location. Otherwise, the property needs a significant upgrade (e.g., washrooms, appliances, kitchen area, furniture). The communication with the property manager was quite poor as well. I had to message her personally to get information about check-in as opposed to what was stated under the booking information. Initially, after I personally followed up, she informed me that she will be email me all relevant check in and property information the morning after. However, I did not receive the information and had to follow up with the manager after I landed in Maui to get the information. If you are choosing to stay here, I would maybe request to get more recent pictures of the condo to help you make more informed decision.

Clean, nice, very close to the beach. Had washer and dryer which was perfect! Easy to communicate with the property manager.

We chose to stay here rather than go to a resort, we saved money and we had the freedom to cook out meals when we wanted to. Very close walking distance to the beach(literally across the street) and to shopping centers both to the right and left of the Condos. Shut up and book this place already!
