素晴らしい雰囲気作りとおもてなし、そして清潔感！ シャワーもちゃんとお湯も出るし水圧も問題なしで、ベッドもフカフカだし、何よりダウンタウンへのアクセスの良さとホテル周辺ののどかさがたまらない！ チェックアウトが早朝だとロビーでの手続きが要らないのも優しい。

ロビーのおもてなし用のお水はこまめにメンテナンスした方が良い気がした。

We arrived after check in hours..got codes emailed to us and it was so easy(which was welcome after 14 and half hours of travelling).Deirdre and Gabby were amazing at front desk, hotel is very quirky and spotless.2 mins from metro.....get a day pass for 3 dollars.Two lovely bars nearby aswell.

We loved the owner and her front desk assistant. Engaged, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, spirited and simply downright GENUINELY KIND! I love the single kitchen and honor system....smart idea! The multi-themed rooms were so cool. We had the giraffe room....so clean and quiet and close to some great eating establishments! Loved it here and would return!

All staff we met were extremely welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Great advice was given on where to eat, drink and visit during our short stay in Houston. Facilities were good with coffee and tea and snacks available at all times. Location although away from town centre was within short walk of good bars and cafe and just a bit further to good restaurants. Extremely easy to get into town via the tram. Overall really happy that we stayed here.

A bit noisy in the night with trains and other outside sounds, though the staff were super helpful supplying ear plugs and white noise machine. Room on small side but perfectly well equipped and extremely clean.

Space wise it was a little tight but other than that everything was really good
