Felt like I had dropped into the 70's

I felt safe traveling as a single female, the staff made me feel welcome and I slept well. Room had everything I needed and the price was amazing.

Hotel seemed empty when I arrived, the office was closed from 12-3 and said “No vacancy” which felt odd. The rooms were older but overall it felt clean and safe and was a good value for what I spent. I would change the “No vacancy” sign especially since there were barely any cars in the lot and I didn’t see any other guests, I thought, are the other guests ghosts??

We had our dog and they didn’t have accommodations and we called with staff and we were not suppose to get charged but we did. I have tried to find a way to correspond with you.

Charged when we didn’t stay and you charging us when you said you wouldn’t.

I liked nothing

It was disgusting stains all over carpet, huge holes in carpet, holes in linens, towel bar coming off of wall, drawer broken in dresser, numerous outlets did not work

Location

The morning staff took cigarette breaks every 15 mins while we waited for her to put the breakfast out that was terrible. She was rude to us and another family waiting. The whole experience with staff was horrible. She also grumbled rude words walking away from the other family asking. They wait to serve breakfast until everyone is gone for the day. Waiting until almost 8am to put the small breakfast out is telling me it’s inconvenient for them. Most places have it out by at least 6 am

Room was very quiet. A major railroad is nearby and I didn't hear any train noise. Walking distance to good food options.

Pillows were hard.

Didn't like much of anything

The breakfast was only toast and fruit which they relayed to us at check in and said sorry. We didn't realize the location was next to the railroad tracks; when it went by they honked very loudly!! Poor mattress, small TV which they put on the dresser without removing the picture behind it. And very expensive for what you got.

Breakfast was quite small, but it was good.
