The room was nice but too diim,should at least have better lighting in the bathroom, made getting ready for an evening out more challenging than it should be

Precio muy caro para la habitación que nos dieron, habitación muy pequeña, poca luz, baño súper pequeño, no incluye el desayuno por el precio por lo que es más caro todavía relación calidad precio.

I like the location, close to everything. And the beds are very comfortable.

It was a little chilly in the hallways

Norwich isn't the most desirable city to stay in but it's great geographically if you need to stay in the middle of the state, or close to the casinos. If you are going to stay in Norwich, this has to be the best hotel! It is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel. The bed was so comfortable.

A second caffeinated coffee pod would have been good so that my partner could have had one. I do think they would also benefit from hiring professionals to do a deep clean of the bathrooms as well. Our bathroom wasn't bad (totally fine!) but with these older buildings, I know bathroom upkeep can be more challenging.
