Hotel Callista

Das Hotel ist neu, gepflegt und sauber, die Lage in Ordnung. Die Information von Seiten der Rezeption war nich ausreichend, was die Bedienung der Elektronik im Zimmer anbelangt. Aber sonst hat alles gepasst.

The pictures of the rooms were a bit nicer than the actual room we got which let a little to be desired. It was very bare bones and the air conditioner didn't really work. You could see this was not an upgraded room.

We will definitely return: beautiful, clean room; easy check-in and check-out; wonderful staff; comfortable, welcoming lobby; easy access to downtown restaurants and waterfront; short drive to the waterfalls at Uncas Leap

Definitely one of the worst and run down hotel I ever stayed in.

It's clean and neat room

There's a good half inch space in the enterance door. I could hear other guests talking. We paid for a nice king size bed and a good price for Saturday night stay but the room assigned is facing parking lot .. not great view.

It was super clean and updated. The staff was amazing.

The room is lacking things that most other hotels have, such as a trash can besides a tiny one in the bathroom and a “do not disturb” sign. Elevator wasn’t working during the night. No continental breakfast, very few amenities. Guests in the hallway were very noisy very early in the morning, it seems like the walls and doors are pretty thin. Cable TV only, no streaming available. Certainly not worth the price of the room, IMO.

Nice big room

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Calista. The room was nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area especially if you are going to go to Mohegan Sun.
