Yolo House

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang! Keine Bettbezüge und Bettlaken! Der Mann holte uns aus dem eigentlichen Yolo House heraus und bat uns ihm zu folgen. Es war der Nachbareingang von einem Hostel! Gebucht hatten wir aber das Yolo House. Wenn man dort unterkommt, wo wir waren ist es ein Hostel mit sehr unbequemen Betten. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr enttäuscht!!

Close to the airport, easy check-in

Cleaning was only superficial. The towels provided were very small, like face towels size. Bad odor in the hallway.

The communication with the staff was not helpful at all. I asked the same question in different languages but never got the suitable answer to the questions I had. The facilty has no elevator but many stairs. It was tough to carry all my luggage upstairs and downstairs by myself. In the facilty there was a couple with a baby that cried several times during the night and the parents went in and out often while smashing doors loudly at 2am. It was hard to sleep at all. The bed had no bed sheets which felt not hygenic.
