"대규모의 모던한 시설"

생각보다 큰 규모여서 놀랐고, 깔끔하고 새것같은 분위기가 인상적이었습니다. 조식이 포함된 패키지였는데, 조식뷔페도 정갈하면서도 다양하고 신선해서 좋았어요. 다시 서산을 방문할 일이 있다면 다시 묵고싶습니다.

"Superb"

Very good, modern and beautiful hotel in Seosan. The city of Seosan is very local and authentic so it is nice to stay in a modern hotel. The room is big and comfortable and breakfast is very good!

The bed is a little too stiff for me but it is a matter of personal preference… The location is a little bit far from city center (about 15 minutes walk). Room cleaning mainly consists of changing towels and bed sheets and not cleaning surfaces.

"서산에 가시면 꼭 가보세요"

눈이 펑펑오는 날에 이용했었어요. 밖에 날씨 대비해서 호텔은 아늑하고 포근해서 편하게 이용했습니다. 새벽에 서산에 도착해서 체크인까지 많은 시간이 남았었는데, 짐도 보관해주시고 사우나 이용도 안내해주셔서 오전시간을 알차게 보낼 수 있었어요. 조식부페가 왜 유명한가 했더니 정말 잘 준비되어 있었어요. 음식맛도 구성도 뭐하나 부족하다고 느껴지지 않을만큼 좋았고 직원분들께서 정말 배려깊게 살펴주셔서 배불리 먹었습니다. 사우나는 꼭 가보시라고 말씀드리고 싶어요. 정말 좋습니다. 서비스도 맛사지도 최고였어요. 기회가 된다면 언제든 가고 싶은 곳이였어요. 객실 만족도도 최상입니다. 부족한 물품은 늘 챙겨주셨어서 편하게 쉬고 업무보고 왔습니다.

평일에 방문해서 조용히 쉴 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 남편과 연애 7주년 기념이였는데 덕분에 행복하고 즐거운 추억 남겼습니다 :) 직원분들은 평소 근무하는 하루지만 저희 부부에게는 직원분들 덕분에 행복한 연애 7주년 기념일 이였습니다. 평생에 한번 좋은 추억 남겨주셔서 감사합니다 ❤️ 아 그리고 룸서비스 .. 진짜 너무 맛있습니다. 소세지와 감튀 .. 진심 강추입니다. 이건 배불러도 들어갑니다 !

"Truly exceptional hotel."

This is a very impressive hotel, especially at the price. Large room, all clean & tidy. free car parking. Excellent breakfast catering for world wide tastes. truly exceptional.

One of our rooms did not have the safe in it - other than that - absoluutely nothing was wrong.

"진동벨 소리 웅웅"

이틀 숙박 했는데 밤새 진동벨 소리에 잠을 설쳐서 엄청 피곤 했어요 웅웅 소리가 밤새 나던데 이유를 모르겠어요 지난번 가족이 예약해준 방은 좋았는데 이번은 완전 수면부족으로 혼수 상태네요
