후론트 데스크 서비스 불친절했음. 방의 온도조절이 안되어 서비스 불렀는데도 28-9도로 너무 더웠음. 창문과 현관문 열고 지냈으며, 1인은 타일바닥에 누워서 잠을 청했음. 최악의 컨디션 이었음. 호텔리어의 교육과 시설관리가 무척 시급함
