The staff was very welcoming and responded positively to my email regarding early arrival.At check in i was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room.The hotel room was spotlessly clean with a nice bathroom and all toiletries provided.The flat screen TV had all channels available and the bed was very comfortable.The hotel provides an excellent breakfast in the basement cafe.It was raining during my stay and the front desk provided the umbrella to step out.There is also a coin operated laundry service on the 2nd floor which is a big help.The hotel has its own small art museum which is interesting. Location within walking distance of the Insadong Shopping District was amazing.Plenty of places around to shop and sample local cuisine.Sightseeing spots like the palaces and temples are very close.On the day of departure, the hotel organized a cab for airport drop within 05 minutes which was very convenient.Overall an excellent stay in the heart of Seoul.

A very good hotel with nothing to complain about.

Nice room, comfortable bed, great location.

The bathroom is quite dark. There are no closets and not much room for the clothes. Had to use the desk and the chair for the suitcases.
