Location was great! Few steps away from metro station and Myeongdong Shopping area and Street food. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Location was perfect and quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean, also well equipped.

W100,0000 deposit bond demand, which was repaid on checkout pending room condition - was akin to similar practice of lower grade hotels. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which shares the elevator and lobby with the hotel. The constant smell of rotten cabbage from the restaurant as you enter the hotel is quite off putting

The location is excellent very convenient, room is new and clean. The staff is really nice, friendly and high level of service mind. Excellent for shoppers looking for shopping every day and night and street food

No sound proof at all, we can hear anything from early morning when housekeepers open housekeeping room, lift ding sound and people in / out from lift. We were at level 6 at night can hear the people from shopping street so it’ll be quiet when the shops are closed. Late night 1-2 am can hear sound of cleaning the road or loading stuff on the street. So over all made us couldn’t get the full sleep.

Location was top notch, room is spacious for Myeongdong standard. It was clean and had everything we needed, even a small kitchenette. We also loved the water dispenser on our floor and shared washing machines.

We were in room 501 and the mattress on one side of the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. If we were to nitpick, it was a bit tricky to get the water temperature right between cold and hot. Also we wish it had a bathtub to soak our feet in after a long day of walking.

Location was very convenient, near popular food spots and near to train station. Size of the room was very comfortable even with 3 beds; there was even a small table where we could sit and have snacks.

Nothing. Limited facilities but that is already stated and known when I booked so not a surprise.
