I stayed in 5 different accommodations during my 4 weeks in Korea and this was my favourite one! Spacious, bright, with large work areas and common areas to get work done, do laundry, or just relax. Even though I barely encountered any staff, this spot was perfect for the self-sufficient traveler. I really liked that they had a gym with weights - even though it was very small, it was very clean and had everything I needed (dumbbells, smith machine, mats, treadmills). The neighbourhood was also lovely, not very touristy or crowded but close to Hongdae and the Han River. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

The gym is quite small given the spaciousness of the rest of the building. Also would've been nice to have easier access to cleaning but then the prices would go up, so I don't mind. :)

생각보다 편리해서 놀랐네요 깔끔하고 이용할 수 있는 시설도 있고 해서 좋았어요 덕분에 하룻밤 편안하게 잘 쉬었어요 고맙습니다 다음에 이 근처 오면 꼭 다시 여기 이용하고 싶어요~^^

Das Hotel hat nur ein self Check in und out Automaten, teilweise sitzt jemand am Empfang die haben aber kein English sprechen können als wir Probleme hatten mit dem Automaten beim check in. Das Zimmer: Bett hatte eine hart Plastik Matratzen Bezug, das hat es sehr unangenehm gemacht zum liegen. Steckdose am Bett hatte Wackelkontakt und geht nur mit Adapter gut. Klima Anlage lief super bis ich dann gesehen habe das Schimmel Sporen drin waren. Das Sofa am Bett, auch sehr fleckig könnte man erneuern.

Located in a district for ‘locals’. Convenience stores, Daiso, restaurants, and transportation nearby. The refrigerator worked well and was clean. You also can use simple slippers and thick towels. The trash recycle station is very close, just the opposite door from the main entrance. Overall for the price, it’s a good place to spend a few days in Seoul. I would come there again.

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars after seeing an incredible night and morning view from my room on the 19 floor, but the hot water from the dispenser was burning my face on both days. Plus the conditioner was too loud and strong right above the bed, and the foldable “sofa” looked too old and was just lying on the floor. Also the shelf in the bathroom was dusty, so I had to clean it first before putting my staff there. The room has a hair dryer, kettle and 2 mugs, but no tea/coffee or spoons. The elevator was very dirty, so I even didn’t want to touch the buttons.

价格比较合适比明洞住价格便宜很多 环境很好 周边居民区安静 周边很多咖啡小店和食店 能看到首尔永登浦区美丽的夜景 位置便利走路五分钟到新吉地铁站 往市中心20分钟车程 位置便利好找 新吉地铁站1出口往左手方向一直走就找到了 在马路边很方便的位置 酒店地下有健身桌球等文体娱乐 健身房隔壁有厨房间 有洗衣房 有很大的会客办公区域方便远程办公 令人惊喜的是酒店顶层位置可以远看周边的美景 夜景更是一绝 可安全观看及拍摄 是个令人可以下次游览首尔再次选择的酒店住宿! EXCELLENT!!

The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. I stayed for 4 days, but I was assigned a low floor, so I missed out on the sky view.
