When I arrived, I was confused as I didn't know how to check in.

チャガルチ駅の3番出口付近のエレベーターを上がって1分ほどなので立地は最高です。マンションの一室をホテル仕様となっているので、一般家庭の大きな冷凍冷蔵庫付きは初めてでした。 洗濯機、IHクッキングヒーターがついていましたが使用禁止で、使用できるのは電子ケトルのみでした。 宿泊日24時間前までに、メールなので連絡するとなっていましたがエクスペディアを通じてのメッセージはホテル側からのアドレスが伏せられていて———@———となって、そこを解消するために、かなりの時間がかかりました。 フロントが無いため、入国前に解決するためにもっとスムーズに出来ると、快適だと思います。 ホテルの1階にNaver、kakao、LINEのQRコードが有り、登録したので、次回はスムーズに使用させていただけると思います。 Wi-Fi、エアコン、テレビの使用方法を明記していただきたいです。 総合的に交通アクセス、立地、施設の環境が良いので、おすすめかな？と思います。

I've been really comfortable for six days.

The apartment building was in a convenient restaurant area. There are lots of places to eat at and fun arcades to visit. The shower was really nice. Overall, it's a very stylish looking unit. I really enjoyed the self check-in/check-out. The staff was really responsive to my emails. While the seaside view was nice, it is also blocked by a huge HanaroMart sign.

The unit is literally a 1 person apartment, but we weren't allowed to use any of the facilities in it. The apartment's only amenity is that there's soap and shampoo, etc in the shower. It would have been nice if they could have included a cups so we could drink water or tea. Also, since they don't do cleaning everyday, it would have been nice if they included a broom and cleaning spray so that we could clean up after ourselves. The glass coffee table and the floor gets gross looking really quick and due to the design is just asking for someone to accidentally knock it over.
