The location was in Myeongdong but slightly off to the side in a quieter street. Self operating laundry facilities were wonderful and having a water fountain on each floor was very good . Staff were very friendly and helpful . I could see Seoul Tower from the hotel street and closest metro stations were Chungmuro and Myeongdong .

The rooms were a little hot even for winter . I wasn’t able to set the aircon to cool .

Decent maximized use of small space. The staff speak English and responsive in the chat. The hotel also provides scale to measure the weight of the luggage which is nice to ensure it’s not overweight when boarding the plane.

Location isn’t that great cause it’s not that close to public transportation (always need to walk 6-10 mins to get to the closest public transportation line/stop). Room is so small it can barely fit 2 people with 2 large suitcases. The bidet works on and off. I hate how they said they clean the room upon request and only certain days only due to environmental reasons so the whole time we were there (5 days), our room was cleaned once only. The cleaning seems very half hearted also since I noticed that my supposedly new cup still have a coffee stain left over from the previous guest. I’m not sure if environmental reasons should offset hygienic reasons. Moreover, on the first day, an empty bottle (trash) was left on the sink (see photo). Overall, I feel like this hotel is overpriced for its location, room size and service.
