All I liked about the hotel was that it was close to shopping places.

First, I booked a Superior room but I was checked it a room with a tiny with and the view was horrible! So they took the money and checked me in, in different room.

Schöne, grosse Zimmer. Gute Lage, U-Bahn Haltestelle ca. 5 min entfernt.

対応してくれたスタッフが非常に親切でした。間違えてダブルルームを予約したことに到着後に気づき、ダメ元でツインへの変更をお願いしたところ、嫌な顔もせずすぐに対応してくれました。

少しバスルームは下水の匂いが気になりました。またシャワーを浴びるとバスタブに沿って水が流れ、トイレの方まで水浸しになります。

Water from our shower would go all over the floor even when using shower curtain which made it very slippery bathroom after shower has been used.

Perfect location, rooms has the basics and reception were polite

The room was a lot smaller than expected but we made it work. The biggest issue was the cleaning of the room. A light tidy or a full clean were performed on certain days, or so we were told. During a FULL clean, all that was done extra was having the beds changed. They emptied bins and changed the towels, that’s it. The bathroom floor still had hair on it, the carpet wasn’t hoovered, the mirror was never wiped and the drains were clogged with hairs which I personally had to clean as the cleaners never did. At one point I had to complain to reception as the cleaners emptied the tiny bins but left 3 bags of rubbish to accumulate over 4 days! We had food we didn’t like after trying it and the room was starting to smell. The cleaners went back to the room, took pics as proof that they had but when we got back to the room, the bags were still there. They took pics of the bed and the bathroom bin, not the rubbish in front of the door. Sorry but if you can’t keep a basic hotel room clean, we won’t be coming here again.
