The smell in the corridor

room is excellent location maybe bit far from Shopping Center but its ok hallway smells good water dispenser help us to have drinking access

location (maybe because not the center of shopping center in Myeongdong ) but its ok because we get to see other side of Myeongdong

Location

Toilet blocked and we had to move rooms on our third day. Happy to move as the fridge was not working. Cleanliness is questionable as the top bed was forgotten about a few times during their version of a “full clean” as this is only provided every second or third day. We retrieved our own towels daily as well as garbage bags emptied. No coffee was replaced since first visit. Staff were not too helpful in finding take away spots for meals. On a positive note, location is only a 7 minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district. Plenty of their version of convenience stores around. Washing is self service, at a cost.

The location was ok

The overall cleanliness of the place was poor. Our floor was very noisy with guests and staff talking loudly and banging doors in the middle of the night and early hours of the morning. Whilst I appreciate it’s difficult to monitor fully the disturbance from other guests, the hotel should be more proactive in preventing it as the level of the noise was unacceptable. The staff could do with being friendlier and a bit more helpful too.
